Founding partner of ponteAponte, she has a degree in History and Journalism, an MBA in Socio-environmental Business, from Artemisia, CEATS, and IPÊ (Ecological Research Institute), and two post-graduate degrees from FESP-SP – International Relations and Environment and Society. She worked as a reporter for Folha de S.Paulo for 11 years, for the Folha Agency, responsible for the news coverage in Brazil, and for the Social Entrepreneur Award, in addition to a one-year stint at the former Notícias Populares newspaper, of the same media group, an experience that gave her access to the outskirts of São Paulo. Trained in Gaia Design and a member of the RBJA (Brazilian Network of Environmental Journalists), direct contact with different realities has sharpened her interest in the processes of change of groups and individuals facing socio-environmental relations and sustainability, which became the object of study and the experience of living for four months in Findhorn (Scotland) in 2009, considered the first ecovillage in the world.
